The fresh notes of Grillo are perceived by olfaction and adorned by wood’s aromatic contribution. Lively, rich and persistent, yet composition of Il Coro is surprisingly graceful.

Notes: Good to sample with spiced food. Nice with fish and mushroom soups. Well balancing white meat dishes.
