ROSATO

Fine and simple union between a fruit bouquet of black grapes and the vivacity of white vinification. Rosato embellishes a range of company products for whoever sees the finesse of typology in its feeble colours.

Vinification: maceration on skins for 12 hours followed by white vinification at controlled temperature.
Fining: inox steel tanks and in bottle
Alcoholic Gradation: 13 %

Notes: I like to see it as an appetizer and feel its nose of pomegranate and flowers, fully finding them in the palate. It nicely opens a dinner, unique combination with shellfishes.
